Strapped public schools forced to underperform. Concerned parents send their kids to private schools and wonder why they don't get results. Maybe education wasn't the goal. Beware the for-profit education industry, run by folks who worm their way into positions of power over public schools, which, oddly enough, leads to more cuts in funding. Schools are further abandoned, and the spiral continues all the way to the fucking bank.
